# Wallets verification procedures

### CCL Application

1. Full name of wallet owner (Must be same as passport).
2. Applicant email address.
3. Requested address will be assigned automatically after connecting your wallet.
4. Chain&#x20;

Note that specifing a chain for an ETH address will not take an effect as address will be verified across ETH and forks eg BNB, Polygon
